About Us
Vulkanfisk is both a seafood restaurant and a fish market – a go-to spot for seafood lovers in Oslo. Located in the heart of Mathallen, we serve fresh ingredients with professional pride and real craftsmanship. Summer is our busiest season, and we’re now looking for a new colleague to join our kitchen team full-time the rest of the summer, and part-time from autumn.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation and production of seafood dishes according to our menu and standards
- Prep work before service and cleaning afterward
- Handling and quality control of ingredients
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, pace, and quality in the kitchen
- Working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
