Overview

Lily Country Club in Kløfta offers space, meeting places, and is located with 479 hotel rooms in a green, rural setting about 25 minutes from Oslo and a short drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. In Brasseriet, our main restaurant, we bring together classic and new taste experiences with quality ingredients in season from local areas. We are strengthening our production department and welcome a chef who can assist in all departments if needed.

Note : We are looking for a Production Chef / Chef to join the team at Strawberry.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the production department and support other departments when needed.
  • Prepare dishes in Brasseriet and participate in banquet and A la Carte service as required.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure high quality, consistency, and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Well-documented cooking experience and a relevant degree.
  • Energetic, courageous, enthusiastic, and a professional attitude toward colleagues and guests.
  • Flexible, resilient under pressure, and a team player.
  • Understanding of French and Nordic cuisines.
  • Willingness to improve yourself and the team around you.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
