Senior Account Manager

Location : Oslo, Norway | 1st January 2026

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers in your designated list of accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of key Puzzel accounts.
  • Understand customers’ strategic challenges and goals and work to ensure Puzzel helps them deliver.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, goals, and strategic opportunities (mostly quarterly and bi-annual).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to monitor ongoing satisfaction and issues impacting renewal or adoption of new solutions.
  • Track contract renewal dates and initiate renewal discussions well in advance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful renewal process; ensure clients are moved onto latest MSA and, where logical, new packages.
  • Encourage longer contracts with annual upfront billing and include relevant price rises and index adjustments at renewal to manage inflation.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to meet client needs; expand the usage of existing services; manage churn and downsell with cross-functional support to achieve strong NPS results.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities within existing accounts and apply upselling / cross-selling strategies across the product portfolio.

The must haves

  • Native level fluency in Norwegian
  • Proven experience in New Business Sales or Commercial Account Management in the SaaS industry
  • Experience working with a complex SaaS offering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and present insights to clients
  • Proven experience delivering excellent client service with revenue-oriented awareness
  • Familiarity with CRM software and contact centre technologies
  • The nice to haves

  • Experience in Contact Centre or CX solutions (CCaaS)
  • Managing a multilingual, multi-geography team
  • Experience with or understanding of Nordic business and culture
  • Location

    This role is located in our Oslo HQ, with an expectation of 2-3 days / week in the office.
