What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers in your designated list of accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of key Puzzel accounts.
- Understand customers’ strategic challenges and goals and work to ensure Puzzel helps them deliver.
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, goals, and strategic opportunities (mostly quarterly and bi-annual).
- Collaborate with Customer Success to monitor ongoing satisfaction and issues impacting renewal or adoption of new solutions.
- Track contract renewal dates and initiate renewal discussions well in advance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful renewal process; ensure clients are moved onto latest MSA and, where logical, new packages.
- Encourage longer contracts with annual upfront billing and include relevant price rises and index adjustments at renewal to manage inflation.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to meet client needs; expand the usage of existing services; manage churn and downsell with cross-functional support to achieve strong NPS results.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities within existing accounts and apply upselling / cross-selling strategies across the product portfolio.

Native level fluency in NorwegianProven experience in New Business Sales or Commercial Account Management in the SaaS industryExperience working with a complex SaaS offeringExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyse data and present insights to clientsProven experience delivering excellent client service with revenue-oriented awarenessFamiliarity with CRM software and contact centre technologiesThe nice to haves
Experience in Contact Centre or CX solutions (CCaaS)Managing a multilingual, multi-geography teamExperience with or understanding of Nordic business and cultureLocation
This role is located in our Oslo HQ, with an expectation of 2-3 days / week in the office.
