Overview

Lily Country Club in Kløfta, provides space, fills gaps and creates meeting places. With 479 hotel rooms in green, rural surroundings 25 minutes drive from Oslo and a short drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, we offer an environment where good moments, lasting impressions and a sense of belonging are created, with the door always open.

In our main restaurant, Brasseriet, our chefs combine diligence and experience to bring home classic and new taste experiences. We draw flavors from the whole world and refine them with quality ingredients in season from our plentiful local areas. In Brasseriet / Banquet

Responsibilities

We are primarily looking to strengthen our production department, but we would also be happy to welcome a chef who can assist in all departments if needed.

Qualifications

• Energetic, courageous and enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexible, not easily stressed, with a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
• Well documented previous cooking experience and degree.
• Team player.
• French and Nordic food understanding.
• A willingness to improve yourself and the team around you.
• At least 2 years of experience.
