About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and take ownership of day-to-day office operations, team coordination, and event planning. This is a critical “glue” role at the heart of the business, helping ensure both the leadership and wider team stay aligned, supported, and connected.
You will report directly to the CEO , acting as his key point of contact for office management, executive support, and company-wide coordination. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (Reporting to the CEO)
- Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing his calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Support preparation for meetings, including agendas, documents, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as the go-to person for all office needsManage orders and supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and functionalLiaise with vendors, service providers, and building managementMaintain a welcoming, professional, and organized office environmentTeam Coordination
Help get the team together by organizing team meetings, offsites, and social eventsSupport onboarding logistics for new employeesFoster a positive and connected workplace culture through thoughtful planning and coordinationEvent Planning & Logistics
Plan and execute both internal and external events—from team lunches to company offsitesHandle logistics including venues, catering, supplies, and communicationsWork closely with the CEO to ensure events align with company goals and valuesGeneral Administrative Support
Support cross-functional projects as neededAssist with internal communications and schedulingIdentify and implement improvements to administrative processesWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar roleHighly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeComfortable working closely with senior leadership, particularly the CEOProficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
