We are growing and looking for a person to join full-time and take ownership of the HR and office admin work. The role is part of the Operations team and will help shape how we work as we scale.
What will you do?
You’ll support HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day people processes, while also helping keep the workplace running smoothly. You’ll balance hands-on tasks with the opportunity to shape and strengthen how we work. You’ll be responsible for both people processes and office management , ensuring ElBits is a smooth-running and engaging workplace.
- Take ownership of day-to-day HR and office operations.
- Support employees with HR-related questions and processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth knowledge transfer.
- Manage HR administration, systems (e.g. Huma), and keep policies up to date in line with regulations and organizational needs.
- Ensure the office is welcoming, functional, and a true hub for collaboration.
- Be the go-to person for logistics, contracts, and routines that keep things running efficiently.
- Work with the Operations team to further develop HR practices and processes as ElBits scales.
- Advise and support employees and managers on people- and employment-related matters.
- Plan and run company-wide meetings and events.
Experience with recruitment is a plus, but not required. It’s an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time.

We believe you bring :
At least 1–2 years of experience from an HR-related role , ideally with some exposure to recruitment and administration or office management.A bachelor’s degree in HR, administration, or a related field .Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Norwegian and English .The ability to build trusting relationships and act as a sparring partner for colleagues and leaders.Solid process understanding , with the ability to see how routines and systems connect and can be improved.Adaptability , thriving in a dynamic environment where new needs and changes are a natural part of growth.A structured yet flexible working style , with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.What can we offer?
