We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding Scrive’s presence in the Norwegian market. You will be part of a high-performing, international sales team working across Europe, and based in our Oslo office, where we apply a flexible hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects and maintaining consistent outreach.
- Engage with various stakeholders, navigating parallel processes with different personas such as Sales, Legal, and IT executives.
- Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Legal expertise.
- Hold product demos and webinars, attend events, and build new relationships and business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business and targeting new accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to prioritise the right leads and ensure we meet our KPIs.
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in B2B salesExperience in complex solution sellingAbility to travel to Sweden at least 4 times per yearFluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)Bonus points
