Overview
Enterprise Account Executive (MEA) role at Camunda. This is a fully remote, global, product‑led organization focused on expanding Camunda’s presence in the Middle East and North Africa, with emphasis on BFSI and Public Sector in the UAE. The role involves building deep customer relationships, shaping strategic opportunities, and driving digital transformation for large enterprises.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) across BFSI and Public Sector.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in both business and IT, driving meaningful conversations and long‑term value.
- Develop and execute strategic Account Plans aligned with customer goals and Camunda’s growth targets.
- Generate new pipeline through outbound campaigns, ecosystem partners, and creative prospecting. This role is as much about hunting as it is about closing.
- Lead consultative, value‑based sales cycles using MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the best possible customer outcomes.
What You Bring
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the UAE, with a consistent track record of overachieving quota.Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), particularly in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Public Sector verticals.Proven ability to navigate complex buying centers, influencing both IT and business stakeholders at the C‑level.Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.Comfortable building new pipeline from scratch, requiring initiative, grit, and ownership.Native in Arabic and fluent in English.Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with Camunda’s product or process automation platforms.Experience in a product‑led or open‑source software company.Passion for process improvement, automation, and helping customers modernize legacy systems.Ability and willingness to use Camunda’s product for demos or learning.Compensation & Benefits
Equity : We offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).Compensation : Salary ranges are location-based; Annual Total Target Cash includes base salary plus 100% variable target where applicable.
