Role Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will support key initiatives to ensure our team has the right tools and people to achieve our goals. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will manage departmental purchases, contracts, and budgets, collaborate on recruitment and onboarding, contribute to learning development, facilitate manager meetings, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist Product Area Leaders with project coordination. You will also identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve decision-making by leveraging AI and AI agents across operations.

Responsibilities :

Support the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team by ensuring

Projects & Product Deliverables :

• Coordinating projects and events across teams and organizations.
• Ensuring the documentation of the squads’ product strategies and ensuring availability of information on scope, deliverables, plans and timeline.
• Preparing and scheduling product review meetings, chairing them, and tracking squad progress towards product deliverables.
