Qualifications & Experience :

• 20+ years of experience in IT and digital transformation, including at least 5 years in AI / ML program leadership with cloud-based GPU infrastructure.
• Direct exposure to Norwegian telecom, critical digital infrastructure, or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of ECOM, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, especially in the context of AI systems using cloud-based GPU acceleration.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-scale programs involving cloud-native AI platforms, GPU workload orchestration, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience implementing MLOps frameworks, AI governance, and explainability protocols in live production environments.
