  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian to support clients in the Norwegian market.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics, and experience managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and use storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Experience managing a portfolio in advertising or media sales, consistently exceeding quotas to drive growth.

As part of our team, you'll work directly with business owners, making a tangible impact on their growth, and shaping the future of innovation for our customers and partners.

    Responsibilities

  • Achieve ambitious quarterly growth and product adoption goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses, understanding their growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning multi-quarter strategies.
  • Proactively pitch and consult with customers to support their digital marketing plans and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by providing excellent sales experiences and helping meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including end customers and agencies.
