Enterprise Account Executive at Frends iPaaS. We are redefining the future of integrations and automation, making integrations fast, easy, and transparent.
We are looking for a results-driven enterprise sales professional to join Frends. You will be our second hire in Norway and play a vital role in shaping our growth in the Norwegian market.
In this role, your main responsibility is to create new enterprise customers for our integration platform, Frends eiPaaS. You will have full support from Frends sales organization and technical experts. Frends has a low hierarchy and minimal bureaucracy, with trust and space to operate. Of course, we expect results.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, driving new customer acquisition
- Expand our footprint in Norway – work strategically to grow our presence and maximize revenue potential
- Close high-value deals – engage with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build strong business cases
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy – create a clear territory plan and exceed revenue targets
- Leverage top-tier SaaS sales methodologies – MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales – work with technical experts to deliver the best possible solutions
Qualifications
Strong B2B SaaS / Software solution sales expertise – 5+ years in SaaS / PaaS new business acquisition; ability to sell value and navigate complex sales cyclesAbility to navigate enterprise organizations – identify stakeholders and build a strong sales pipelineKnowledge of technical solutions – understanding of integration technology; familiarity with SaaS / PaaS and ideally iPaaSFluent in high-impact SaaS sales methodologies – MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, or similarGreat communication & negotiation skills – handle high-stakes conversations and leverage internal resourcesSuperb listening skills – understand customer pain points with a solution- and value-based mindsetLanguage & Location
Native Norwegian and professional English (both verbal and written). Location : Norway with a work permit. Occasional travel to meet customers and teams and attend events may be needed.

The start will be in autumn and will be flexible according to your situation.Permanent, full-time position.Frends operates remotely in Norway; Stockholm office is available for in-person meetings.
