We are a diverse team of +140 people, experiencing strong growth across the business and developer ecosystem. We are looking for a driven Mid‑Market Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team of six AEs (three mid‑market) selling our Enterprise plans. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process — from qualification to close — with average land deals of €35–45K ARR.
- Test and scale outbound tactics to build a repeatable and sustainable pipeline.
- Build long‑term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and other technical buyers.
- Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with Product to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience at a B2B SaaS company.Mid‑Market experience : comfortable closing four‑figure deals.High quota : has held a +€600K ARR quota in current or previous roles.Top performer : track record of being in the top 10% of the sales team.Highly tech‑savvy : experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT operations, DevOps, security, software engineers) and / or engineering background.Entrepreneurial mindset : able to identify growth opportunities, propose a plan, and execute with limited structure.Hunter mindset : proven outbound selling success.Bonus points : experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies, and / or startups at Series A–C.Language : German and English fluent (the company language is English; please do not send a German CV).Location : Based in Europe.Benefits
