What this job can offer you

Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform. Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive , joining our Sales Team in the Norwegian region . This role is focused on new business development, driving net new sales for Remote.

What you bring

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the Nordic markets and effective approaches to new customers
  • Professional fluency in Norwegian required
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Understanding of company services and industry position
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience in qualifying and closing deals
  • Ability to build trust and work as an advisor to clients
  • Forecasting skills to meet sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer service skills
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients
  • Follow up promptly on client questions
  • Collaborate with support departments to enhance client experience
  • Close sales efficiently and guide clients through the process
  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify new opportunities and design solutions for small and mid-sized businesses
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events

  • Remote Compensation Philosophy

    Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. Our salary range for this position is $37,475 USD to $126,550 USD, depending on role, level, location, skills, experience, and market conditions. Actual pay will be determined accordingly.
