The Account Executive, Deel Immigration is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Working alongside other sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams, this role is essential for driving significant immigration revenue and expanding our footprint in the Enterprise segment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively.
  • Work strategically alongside our core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients.
  • Drive business growth working collaboratively with our SDR function.
  • Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organizations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
  • Strong presentation, demonstration and communication skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing sales experience
  • Experience with process / playbook selling (MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric or similar)
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
  • EMEA located
  • English plus one other European language
  • Top performers will have
