The Scandinavian Client Management Team is responsible for Scandinavian client service and relationship management for all Scandinavian based clients. CMC Markets Scandinavian branch is situated in Norway in a very attractive office in central Oslo.
We have a large Swedish client base and this Swedish role will predominantly be servicing our Swedish clients so the right candidate must be native in Swedish .
Job Description
- Provide high calibre client service to ensure a positive client experience to our customers
- Take ownership for owning and driving an excellent client experience for our clients through all touch points in the client life-cycle. This includes : account opening, platform introduction and query management.
- Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service
- Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently as well as performing outbound client calls.
- Various administrative tasks such as translations of English content to Swedish
- Keep abreast of global and economic news in order to provide support to clients
- Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
Key Skills & Experience
