Are you an experienced recruiter with a background in staffing or international recruitment? Do you speak fluent Italian and enjoy working independently? We’re looking for a motivated freelance recruiter to join our team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

About the Role

As a Freelance International Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment projects for various international clients. This role is 100% remote and commission-based – ideal for someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives by helping them take the leap to work abroad.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt German-speaking candidates for job opportunities abroad
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
