About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our Operations team for a full time 6-month internship (with a possibility of extension / turning into permanent role). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, fintech operations, and problem-solving while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
As a Customer Support Intern, you will support our customers, assisting merchants and buyers in navigating our platform, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
