Overview

We are looking for a 100% employee, that is a dynamic, warm and professional.

You will play a crucial role in creating the Sommerro experience and o ur guest promise : "We give ENERGY to the city." Defined by o ur values : LIGHT (guidance, training and knowledge) - POWER (support, collaboration and leadership) - WARMTH (welcoming from the heart).

The successful candidate will work efficiently alongside the management team as part of a strong and effective department of 60 employees overseeing the operation of our food offerings, including events catering, breakfast, room service and three of our in-house restaurants :

• Ekspedisjonshallen : An all-day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favorites.
• Tak & Izakaya : Our Japanese-Nordic restaurant with unique and innovative dishes.
• To Søstre : An elegant venue that serves afternoon tea by day and champagne and oysters by night.
