We are looking for a talented and passionate Banquet / A la Carte Chef to join our culinary team. This role focuses on evenings when the kitchen comes alive with high-energy service.
Responsibilities
- Crafting culinary experiences from elegant a la carte dishes to large-scale banquet menus, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Contributing to menu development and staying ahead of culinary trends with fresh ideas.
Qualifications
Trained chef with proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with a mix of à la carte and banquet experience.Passion for food and strong attention to detail.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay composed under pressure.Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening shifts.Creative and innovative, always seeking ways to elevate the dining experience.Fluent in a Scandinavian language or English (or both).What We Offer
