Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards (à la carte, banquets, and events / Christmas parties).
• Ensure efficient service in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and routines in the kitchen.
• Follow health, safety, and HACCP / IK-Mat regulations.
