Delicatessen Sandvika is looking for a passionate and experienced chef to join our team as we bring the flavors of Spain to Sandvika. As part of Norway’s first tapas bar, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant kitchen rooted in tradition, quality, and community.

Delicatessen is a place to spend quality time with family, friends, and colleagues – or simply enjoy a glass of wine and new flavors at the bar. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we offer an experience that’s both intimate and social, yet always professional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes from our lunch menu, a la carte menu and set menus.
• Cooperate with the other chefs and maintain good quality.
• Handle stress and, at times, a high workload.
• Follow routines regarding HMS (health, environment, safety), training and quality control.
• Prepare ingredients to mise en place.
• Keep your station, yourself and your equipment clean.
• Work efficiently in a busy restaurant.
