The successful candidate will work efficiently as part of the breakfast team in a strong and effective kitchen department of 60 employees overseeing the various outlets.

Ekspedisjonshallen : An all-day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favourites. Serving Oslo best breakfast to our Hotel guests and external guests, up to 500 breakfast guests a day with buffet and A La carte. Special events, VIP groups and private cooking in Villa Inkognito, our 11 room private villa.

What you’ll do, except cooking wonderful food...

• Maintaining the integrity of our brand’s standards in line with the Head Chef and sous chef in your department
• Support the Head Chef / Sous chef with ideas and techniques while striving to innovate and evolve the menu development
• Have a firm grip on maintaining Sommerro’s food quality and food waste standards
• Make sure that the guest experience is at the heart of what you do
