Based in Norway and recently expanding into the US, we specialize in road rehabilitation that's not only more durable and cost-effective but also carbon negative. This method not only reduces carbon emissions but actually reverses them, making us a pioneer in sustainable road construction. Our mission is ambitious yet simple : to move the planet from grey to green by making all roads better and carbon negative.

Carbon Crusher is in search of a Head of Partnerships to spearhead our partner engagement and relationship management in the United States.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our network of construction company partners. Your role will involve both maintaining our high standards of service with existing partners and actively seeking out new partnership opportunities. You will ensure that our partnerships are not only profitable but also align with our mission to transform road construction into a sustainable industry.

Core responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the partnership growth strategy for Carbon Crusher
  • Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners, building trust and understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and technical aspects of Carbon Crusher's sustainable solutions, ensuring partners understand the value we bring.
  • Coordinate with delivery, sales, and product teams to meet partner needs efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Identify and act on opportunities for expanding business with new and existing partners, leveraging our latest solutions and innovations.
  • Regularly assess and report partner performance to VP Commercial and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Attend events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads

What we’re looking for :

  • Proven experience in a partnership management or business development role, ideally within the road, construction and / or civil engineering sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client / partner relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of conveying the value of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Must have a driver license.
  • Have experience in the road, infrastructure, construction and / or civil engineering sectors
  • Have a hunter sales mindset
  • Have a network in the road or public sector
  • Are highly proficient with excel and CRM systems
