CLEVR Delivers digital transformation at scale by implementing Siemens and Mendix solutions to serve industries like manufacturing, retail, energy, and more. We leverage PLM, MOM / MES, and low-code technologies for manufacturing optimization and business process automation.

About the Job :

In this role, you’ll focus on creating new opportunities and building meaningful conversations with engineering and business leaders. You’ll qualify prospects by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and understanding both the business and technical context. In your role as a Business Development Representative, you will focus on creating a pipeline, qualifying leads, understanding their needs, and moving them through the sales process.

What will my daily responsibilities involve?

  • Identify and engage potential customers across the Nordics through research, outreach, and networking
  • Open conversations with engineers, project managers, and decision-makers, listening to their challenges and sparking interest in CLEVR’s solutions.
  • Nurture early-stage relationships by adapting your style to each prospect, whether technical or business-focused.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new clients and long-standing partners to support long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure seamless handovers and tailored follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in PLM development, digital transformation, manufacturing and other industries.
  • Represent CLEVR at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a trusted and approachable ambassador.

What you bring to the table :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field.
  • Curiosity about technology and engineering, an engineering background or interest is a strong advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in software, SaaS, or technology industries)
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, adapt your communication style, and build rapport quickly
  • Resilience and proactivity : you’re not afraid to reach out, start conversations, and keep going when things get tough.
