ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Responsible for sales and business development of specific product categories in the Norway area.
  • Recommend product requirements in competitive landscapes and execute business strategies for MAXHUB products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and closely monitor progress and results to support the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Conduct product training and demonstration activities for partners and end users, ensuring an impressive message delivery and the ability to influence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and end users, and effectively communicate with decision-makers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards teamwork, promoting mutual respect to achieve company goals. Proactively suggest necessary changes and plans to exceed respective targets.
  • Perform any other duties as required or assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 5 years of professional audio visual(PRO AV) industry experience in a Business / Product / Sales role with experience in dealing with corporate or institutional end users.
  • Having IT knowledge / Technique will be an advantage to support this job.
  • Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, customer-driven and able to develop business plans and sales.
  • Excellent Communication skills and cooperation.
  • Possess a good understanding of ROl in order to evaluate sales / MKT investments properly.
  • Other Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Norway
  • Norwegian speaking
  • Full clean driver's license
