ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for sales and business development of specific product categories in the Norway area.
Recommend product requirements in competitive landscapes and execute business strategies for MAXHUB products.
Identify new sales opportunities and closely monitor progress and results to support the achievement of sales objectives.
Conduct product training and demonstration activities for partners and end users, ensuring an impressive message delivery and the ability to influence.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and end users, and effectively communicate with decision-makers.
Maintain a positive attitude towards teamwork, promoting mutual respect to achieve company goals. Proactively suggest necessary changes and plans to exceed respective targets.
Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED
At least 5 years of professional audio visual(PRO AV) industry experience in a Business / Product / Sales role with experience in dealing with corporate or institutional end users.
Having IT knowledge / Technique will be an advantage to support this job.
Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, customer-driven and able to develop business plans and sales.
Excellent Communication skills and cooperation.
Possess a good understanding of ROl in order to evaluate sales / MKT investments properly.

Eligible to work in Norway
Norwegian speaking
Full clean driver's license
