We are an innovative biotech company in Oslo entering an exciting growth phase; and we’re looking for a Head of HR / EVP HR to join theleadership team.
The Role
As a Head of HR / EVP HR, you will take ownership of building a world-class HR function that supports our rapid scaling, international ambitions, and long-term organizational design. You’ll transform today’s fragmented HR activities into a cohesive, strategic function; establishing HR as a core growth enabler for the company.
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you will set the vision for HR while ensuring execution excellence across people processes, leadership support, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale HR foundations : Design and implement consistent HR processes, frameworks, and systems to replace ad-hoc approaches.
- Performance management : Create and roll out a fair, inspiring, and scalable approach to goal-setting, feedback, and career growth.
- Compensation & benefits : Develop competitive, transparent structures that align with our mission and global footprint.
- Recruitment & talent : Drive skills-based hiring to attract and retain world-class talent, ensuring our teams are built for scale.
- Leadership support : Partner with executives and managers to strengthen leadership capability through coaching, development, and feedback.
- Organizational design : Contribute to long-term planning of company structure and culture as we expand internationally.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in HR leadership roles, ideally in scaling or international companies.Strong grasp of modern HR practices, from performance management to compensation strategy.Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on implementation.A people-first mindset with the ability to support, challenge, and enable leaders.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
