As Volue continues to expand, the SMB segment is becoming a key strategic priority, with a focus on serving smaller asset owners, traders, and aggregators in the energy markets. We are seeking a hands-on sales leader to design, build, and scale the go-to-market motion for this high-potential customer group. The role will span the full spectrum of responsibilities — from defining ideal customer profiles and building pipeline to leading and developing a high-velocity sales team. Vice President of SMB Sales will work closely with colleagues across the go-to-market organization, while Product and Customer Success will serve as critical partners in ensuring seamless customer acquisition, onboarding, and expansion. Performance expectations will be aligned with annual action plans and growth targets.
