Overview

Mikon AS is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the continued development of our software platform and manage our experienced development team of 4–5 people. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and drive the next-generation evolution of our platform.
Lead and manage the development team (4–5 people) to deliver high-quality software on .NET / C#, SQL Server and cloud-based deployment.
Collaborate on architecture and technical direction to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
Coordinate development activities efficiently and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Solid background in software development with a strong understanding of modern software architecture.

Experience with .NET / C#, SQL Server and cloud-based deployment.

Experience with industrial IT or production-related systems is a plus.

Enjoy customer interaction and excel at building strong relationships both within and outside the company.

Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and the ability to coordinate development activities efficiently.

A positive contributor to the team environment.
