Finance Director FP&A

Watton Hall are exclusively partnering with a growing global pharmaceutical company who offer a vibrant and dynamic culture in a growing organisation. The business are currently recruiting a Finance Director FP&A who will be responsible for supporting corporate finance, head office functions and the European commercial team.

The Director of Finance (FP&A) is responsible for planning, reporting, and analysis across the EMEA organization. This position oversees standard FP&A processes for the consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and foreign exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance and business analytics team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, providing insights and guidance on financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations; manage reporting, audits, and banking relationships.
• Drive business analytics to support planning, modelling , and decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management, invoicing, collections, and insurance requirements.
• Partner with HR on payroll and support contract negotiations with key customers and public institutions.
