Overview

Join Nordcloud and be part of the European cloud revolution. We help our customers innovate in hyperscaler cloud, enabling seamless migration, advanced security, and data-driven success. This role focuses on winning new clients in the Enterprise and Corporate business sectors and develops some of our current customers in parallel. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring Nordcloud becomes their go-to partner for cloud services.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Norway.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive to drive sales efforts for Nordcloud Norway. This role focuses on winning new clients in the Enterprise and Corporate business sectors and developing some of our current customers in parallel. As a trusted advisor, you will develop strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring Nordcloud becomes their go-to partner for cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition for Nordcloud Norway in the Enterprise and Corporate segments
  • Develop current customers with focus on growing revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets in consultancy and service sales
  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy within your territory
  • Understand the business needs of target customers and act as a trusted advisor
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level and senior executives, both strategically and tactically
  • Apply a solution-based sales approach to address complex customer challenges
  • Collaborate closely with our partners, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Maximize Nordcloud’s value proposition across infrastructure, applications, managed services, and consulting portfolios
  • Offer market feedback to internal teams like product management and marketing
  • Represent Nordcloud at industry events and in the media
  • Occasional travelling may be an option, depending on the assignment and your preferences

Your key skills

  • 7+ years of sales experience in IT consulting and technology
  • Proven track record in winning and growing new logos in IT consultancy and services
  • Existing network of stakeholders in the industry, including clients and partners
  • Expertise in solution selling and crafting tailored value propositions
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales methodology
  • Strong drive, passion, and team spirit
  • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in handling enterprise RFP processes
  • Experience driving sales within enterprise and mid-sized corporations
  • Customer-first attitude with experience serving large-scale clients
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience with Cloud Services offerings, processes, and tools
  • Practical knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
