Overview

Shape the future of Identity and Core Platform at Camunda. Define and drive the vision for the Identity components and contribute to the evolution of the core platform. As a senior product leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in making authentication, authorization, and user management seamless and secure across Camunda’s ecosystem. This strategic, highly technical, hands-on product role works with engineering and architecture teams to ensure our core platform is extensible and ready for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda product portfolio.
• Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with emphasis on driving innovation to improve data handling, identity and access management, and security across Camunda’s product portfolio.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests.
• Keep the core Identity team equipped to work on the appropriate epics.
• Continuously assess Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape; collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams.

Compensation

The Annual Total Target Cash ranges by market and is based on base salary plus 100% variable target, where applicable. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location.
