Key Responsibilities :

Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services

Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets

Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system
