Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product usage and offer best practice recommendations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance support services.
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.Benefits
