Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Norwegian-speaking customers, fostering strong relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Manage customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and loyalty programs with efficiency and empathy.
- Proactively reach out to customers for updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service offerings.
- Educate customers on loyalty programs and effectively communicate the benefits to encourage continued engagement with the brand.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and quick resolution of concerns.
- Assess and analyze customer feedback and loyalty trends to inform improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system for quality tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.Prior experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, preferably in the retail or service sector.Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.Proficient in CRM software and well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to engagement and problem-solving.Able to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varying customer needs.Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Benefits
