Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and traceability.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to assist in improving service delivery.
Stay updated on gaming trends and company offerings to provide informed customer support.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service or a gaming-related support role is advantageous.

A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.

Excellent communication abilities with a friendly and engaging demeanor.

Proficient in using live chat software and competent with CRM tools.
