Completion Engineer

Job description5-day work week at the office (Asker or Haugesund) until the end of 2025. From early 2026 onwards, 14 / 21 rotation in Hammerfest (offshore / on-site). Technical college (Fagskole) or bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering. Extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education. Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and adjustment of large HVAC systems. Familiarity with ProCoSys is an advantage. Basic EX course (6–8 hours online or 22.5 hours classroom-based). Valid FSE certification (high and low voltage) including first aid. Valid AT / SJA training (work permit and safe job analysis). Valid Offshore and Health certificates.
MC Field Engineer – Mechanical (HVAC)
Location : Asker or Haugesund (office-based), then rotation in Hammerfest
Rotation schedule (from 2026) : 14 / 21
Responsibilities
- Act as MC Field Engineer for HVAC systems.
- Responsible for mechanical completion and punch-out of HVAC systems.
- Sign and verify mechanical completion check records in ProCoSys.
- Upload and manage all relevant MC documentation in ProCoSys.
- Collaborate closely with construction and commissioning teams.
