Systems Operations Associate

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the legal team. This position will report to the COO & General Counsel, and partner with various business stakeholders across the organization to drive and implement processes and efficiencies. As our Systems Operations Associate, you will be key in enforcing processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team and broader organization. In order to be successful, you must be extremely detail oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. You are a go-getter who has a passion for organization and is proactive in identifying areas of need and driving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of operational initiatives / processes for the legal team and larger organization
• Partner with Global Operations to update or communicate updates needed to the “VaynerX Resource Hub” on behalf of the Legal department
• Partner with legal team and cross-functional groups (e.g. Finance, IT, HR) to deliver against objectives and produce meaningful results
• Help maintain and organize systems across multiple entities within VaynerX
• Review, track and process legal documents
• Be a resource to other entity partners when it comes to proper systems / platforms set-up and questions they may have
