The role :

We are seeking experienced software engineers to drive product and infrastructure development for our Credit Card Authorization platform. Galileo simplifies payments, enabling companies to focus on providing excellent card issuing and digital banking experiences.

What you’ll do :

• Lead a team with technical design, organized work, coding, and testing.
• Write, test, and deploy reliable, scalable, and performant code.
• Ensure high availability of services, monitor systems, and respond to incidents.
• Participate in a 24 / 7 pager rotation for team-developed services.
• Contribute ideas for new initiatives, architecture improvements, and technology adoption.
• Mentor engineers, support technical culture, and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on projects.

Compensation and Benefits :

The base salary range for this role is $153,600 to $264,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location. The role may include bonuses and long-term incentives. We offer comprehensive benefits, details of which can be found on our benefits page.
