Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking users through email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues regarding account setup, streaming performance, and content availability.
- Guide users on platform features and functionalities, enhancing their overall streaming experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate user feedback and suggest potential enhancements to the service.
- Stay informed about updates to the streaming platform and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and resolve any remaining concerns.
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector.Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication skills focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is preferred.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Benefits
