This position is ideal for those who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who are eager to assist Norwegian-speaking clients in planning their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding their travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about itineraries, bookings, and travel policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Educate customers on travel procedures and promotions to enhance their travel experiences.
- Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.
