Overview

We are looking for a new Warehouse Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Team

Reporting Line

The Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to Supply Chain Manager NOR & CEU

Role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory management, receiving, and dispatch activities. This role ensures optimal storage, accurate stock handling, and smooth coordination with the procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the job within the bounds Archer`s Mission, Vision and Values, and in line with the Company`s management systems and established policies, processes and procedures.
• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of warehouse processes, relevant procedures, and guidelines
• Responsibility for ensuring that the warehouse is kept efficient and tidy
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely execution of quarterly and yearly stock counts
• Work closely with the Procurement Supervisor and Coordinating team to track purchase orders and expected deliveries.
• Assist in vendor follow-ups and expedite orders in the absence of the Procurement Supervisor.
• Any other duties as specified by the Line Manager.
