Role Purpose

As an HR Consultant at Menzies Aviation, you will play a central role in supporting both leaders and employees throughout the full employment lifecycle. The role combines strategic and operational HR responsibilities and actively contributes to the company's development. A key responsibility is the follow-up of sickness absence in close collaboration with managers, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and health-promoting workplace. The role also covers personnel administration, HR systems, trade union relations, and advisory support on labor law matters.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsibility for the follow-up of sickness and absence in accordance with current laws and regulations.
• Meeting facilitation needs for return to work, including dialogue meetings and contact with NAV.
• Advice and support for managers in sickness absence cases and work environment-related issues.
• Prepare and follow up plans for preventive work aimed at sickness absence.
• Support as needed internal and external recruitment processes.
