Role Purpose

As an HR Consultant at Menzies Aviation, you will play a central role in supporting both leaders and employees throughout the full employment lifecycle. The role combines strategic and operational HR responsibilities and actively contributes to the company's development. A key responsibility is the follow-up of sickness absence in close collaboration with managers, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and health-promoting workplace. The role also covers personnel administration, HR systems, trade union relations, and advisory support on labor law matters. This is a temporary role for 12 months, with potential for extension.

What You Will Be Doing

• Follow up sickness and absence in accordance with current laws and regulations.
• Facilitate return-to-work discussions, including dialogue meetings and contact with NAV.
• Advise and support managers in sickness absence cases and work environment-related issues.
• Prepare and follow up plans for preventive work aimed at sickness absence.
• Support internal and external recruitment processes as needed.
