Indusland Logistics is a leading global logistics company, providing innovative and customized supply chain solutions to businesses of all sizes. With a strong presence in more than 40 countries, we are dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable services to our clients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Planning Executive to join our team. As a Business Planning Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve our company’s goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve our business processes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans, in line with the company’s vision and objectives, to enhance business performance and profitability.
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitors’ activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes and operations.
  • Monitor and measure the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to all levels of the organization and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, market / competitive analysis, and strategic development in the logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing strategic plans in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is preferred.
