Your Role :

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our Norwegian team. In this role, you'll support our clients in maximizing the value of the Infrakit platform in their infrastructure projects. You'll help digitalize workflows, offer hands-on support, and build strong, lasting relationships.

You’ll be part of the Scandinavian team and report to the Director of Services & Customer Success Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer goals and help them succeed with Infrakit
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies in Norway
  • Provide remote and on-site training, guidance, and support
  • Deliver professional services throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present Infrakit’s value through engaging proposals and presentations
  • Stay updated on trends in BIM and infrastructure construction
  • Participate in industry events to strengthen Infrakit’s presence
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, model-based construction, or similar
  • Background as a Design Manager, Site Manager, or Surveyor is a plus
  • Experience with machine control systems, design software, and infra project tools
  • Customer-focused with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A Master’s degree in construction, surveying, engineering, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across Scandinavia
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (professional level)
