We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Odoo Project Manager to lead our dynamic team of professionals in delivering end-to-end project management solutions. As an Odoo Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo software solutions, catering to a diverse range of business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery :
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.
Client Implementation :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and business processes comprehensively.Implement Odoo applications (e.g., eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites) tailored to meet client requirements.Provide personalized training and support, empowering clients to maximize the utilization of Odoo applications.Customization and Development Collaboration :
Work closely with developers to identify the need for custom solutions, ensuring that the final product aligns with client expectations and project goals.Facilitate effective communication between clients and the technical team to ensure clear understanding of custom requirements.Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic solutions.Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Odoo or similar ERP implementations.Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them through Odoo applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies is a plus.What's great in this Job :
