YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Forwarder to join our dynamic team based in Norway. You will manage and coordinate airfreight export shipments, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant transportation of goods worldwide. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of international airfreight regulations.

This is a Monday – Friday role 8am – 4pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Coordinate and manage airfreight export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Communicate effectively with airlines, customs authorities and customers to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal teams.
