Logistics Coordinator

As our Logistics Coordinator, you are overall responsible for follow up of commission stock from many of our great customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented colleague to join our team.

The team you will be part of

At our office, located in Oslo, Norway, you will join our Norwegian Sales function – an autonomous, collaborative and inclusive team - within the Northwest Europe & Nordics Sales organization for our hearing aid division, GN Hearing.

Our Norwegian Sales function is overall responsible for all sales disciplines, and you report to Espen Devig Andreassen, Sales Manager Norway.

You will work in an international and hybrid work environment with colleagues of multiple nationalities.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will :

• Track current and new stock of hearing aids and wireless accessories out in the clinics.
• Produce and maintain valid reports that make the day-to-day interactions between the customer and us as smooth as possible.
• Follow up with monthly and quarterly consignments stock lists to clinics and secure assignment forms are received and processed.
• Secure up-to-date data on everything customers have in stock.
• Register returns and secure invoicing.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers both physically and through digital solutions.
